These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, my online store, my digital products, and my consultations and related services. By browsing the Website, placing an order, booking a service, or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and to purchase products or services.

These Terms form a whole with my Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. Certain services may be subject to additional terms, which I will present to you where they apply.

3. Educational content and no medical advice

The content on the Website, in my emails, ebooks, videos, and social media, including content about skin, nutrition, lifestyle, and functional lab testing, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

My services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Skin Shine by Sarit provides aesthetic, nutrition coaching, and functional health education services and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Always consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider about any medical condition, before starting or changing any supplement, diet, or skincare routine, and before making changes to any medication. Never ignore or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read or heard from me.

Individual experiences vary. I do not guarantee any particular result from my products, programs, or services.

4. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

5. Products, pricing, and orders

I make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Mistakes can occur. I reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed at an incorrect price. If I cancel an order that has already been paid for, I will refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when I confirm your order by email or ship your products. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars, and taxes and shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

My skincare products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Product results vary by individual. Please review the ingredient list before use. If you have allergies or sensitivities, or are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, consult your healthcare provider before using any product. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. Perform a patch test before first use.

6. Digital products, consultations, and lab testing

Digital products. Ebooks and other digital products are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute them.

Consultations. Consultations are provided virtually. The consultation is educational and wellness-focused and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Recommendations are based on the information you provide, so please provide accurate and complete information.

Functional lab testing and supplements. Where I offer or recommend functional lab tests or supplements, these may be fulfilled by independent third-party laboratories and dispensaries with their own terms and policies. I am not responsible for their services, turnaround times, or results processing.

Payments and refunds for all of the above are governed by my Refund Policy.

7. Promotions, discount codes, and membership

From time to time I may offer promotional codes, discounts, or marketing offers through the Website, email, social media, or other channels. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes:

If I offer a membership program, its benefits and conditions (for example, a percentage discount on orders) will be described at sign-up and may change. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a promotional code or membership benefit is used in breach of these conditions, and to end or change any promotion at any time.

This includes my trademarks and brand names, such as “The Metabolic Aesthetician” and my other marks, whether or not registered.

Where I credit another source or training, ownership of those materials remains with their respective owners.

If you send me photos, testimonials, reviews, comments, or other content (“Submissions”), including through social media, you confirm that you own the content or have the right to share it, that it is accurate and does not violate anyone's rights or any law, and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed to its use.

You grant me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your Submission on my Website, social media accounts, and marketing materials, for as long as permitted by law, unless you ask me to remove it (I will do so going forward, but cannot withdraw material already distributed by third parties). I may remove any Submission at any time without notice if I consider it unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. I will not use identifiable health information in a testimonial without your explicit consent.

Subject to those rules, the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
